Select one or more files, click Download in the menu bar, and choose how you want them.
The download options
- Download preview. A smaller version of the file. Images and videos keep their dimensions at a lower resolution, documents and presentations arrive as a web page, layouts arrive as images, and a Collection arrives as a ZIP file with a preview of every file in it.
- Download original. An exact copy of the file as it is stored in Assets.
- Download preset. Ready-made settings, such as a size or format, prepared by your administrator. Click a preset to get the image in those settings.
- Download custom. Choose the format, dimensions, resolution and quality of an image yourself, and whether to include the metadata and color profile.
Which of these you see depends on your permissions. If you only see previews, you do not have the right to download originals.
Downloading a whole folder
- Select the folder in the Folder browser.
- Open its menu and choose Download.
You receive a ZIP file with the folder, all subfolders and all their files.
