For quick fixes, you do not need to open an image editor. Assets can rotate and flip images directly.
Rotating an image
- Right-click an image anywhere in Assets.
- Choose Image, followed by Rotate right, Rotate left or Rotate 180.
Flipping an image
- Right-click the image.
- Choose Image, followed by Flip horizontal or Flip vertical.

If you do not see the option
The feature is called Image manipulation, and it has to be switched on for your account. You also need permission to view the file and to edit its metadata. Ask us if the Image option is missing.
For anything more advanced
For cropping, color correction or retouching, check the file out and edit it in your usual application, such as Photoshop. The next article shows how.
